A Rom Construct is a personality profile matrix created from a human's brain that is placed on the net to allow individuals to interact intellectually with a deceased person via virtual reality in cyberspace.  This was first proposed in the book Neuromancer by William Gibson.

Unfortunately there are two obstacles preventing Jim Pomeroy from being on-line at this time:
 

1. We were unable to extract the necessary information from his brain when he was alive.
2. The technology does not currently exist.
